In his book, Good to Great, Jim Collins describes how he sent out teams to determine what made companies great and every great company was great because “level-five leaders” demonstrated humility and will. Humility recognizes one’s own strengths as well as limits. One of the great signs of wisdom is that wisdom knows its limits. Humility is not a form of weakness but a reflection of strength and great leadership. Humility recognizes the strengths of others and empowers others to succeed. A truly humble leader is successful by humbly allowing others to have the limelight. So many leaders have fallen because of arrogance and so many workers have not risen in the ranks of leadership because they were not humble enough to learn. This seminar not only provides information on humility but applies exercises that will help instill this virtue in those who participate. Millennials especially would benefit from this class. One-time attendance. COMING SOON!
